When do I get my item?

Right after payment. The account, code or key appears on the order page and we email the link to it.

Where do I find what I bought?

On the order page, and in your account under Orders if you were signed in. Guest orders open from the link in the email.

The account asks to verify something

Don't change the password or sign out — that ends the session. If a service asks for extra confirmation you can't pass, request a replacement from the order page and we swap it from stock.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, MIR), USDT on TRC-20 or TON, and your Soras balance.

Why are prices in dollars?

The services charge in dollars, so we show the same currency. Your bank converts at its rate at the moment of payment.

Can I get an invoice for a company?

Yes, for orders from $200. Write to support with the company details before paying.

What does the warranty cover?

Access works for the whole term you paid for. If it breaks through our fault, request a replacement from the order page and we swap it from stock.

Open its page and tap “Notify me”. We'll email you the moment it's back, and the page lists in-stock alternatives.

How current are the stock counts?

They're live. The number drops as people buy and goes up when we restock, and the same number shows everywhere.
