1What we collect

Your contact email, order and payment status, and support messages. If you create an account: your name and a password hash.

Technical data: IP address and browser details in server logs, kept for security.

2What we don't collect

Card numbers (they stay with the payment provider), passwords to third-party services, and tracking across other websites.

3Why we use it

To deliver orders, send receipts and order links, notify you when a product is back in stock if you asked, answer support, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.

4Who sees it

Payment providers see what they need to process a payment. We don't sell personal data.

5How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Support messages are kept for two years. Account data is deleted within 30 days after you ask.

6Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by writing to [email protected] from the email linked to your orders.

7Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember your language. There are no advertising cookies.
