1Who we are

Soras is an online marketplace that sells digital goods for AI services — ready accounts, activation codes and API keys — from its own stock.

2What you buy

Each product page describes the item, its plan and term, how it is delivered, and how many are in stock. You buy the item as described there.

The services themselves (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others) remain responsible for how their products work, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

3Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include all of our fees. Payment is processed by payment providers; Soras does not receive or store card numbers.

An order is accepted when the payment is confirmed, and the item is delivered immediately from stock.

4Delivery

Items are delivered on the order page the moment payment clears, and a link is emailed to you. A ready account is handed over as its session — exported cookies and a sign-in file you import — so keep it signed in and don't change the password.

You are responsible for keeping the delivered credentials and keys private.

5Warranty and refunds

Every order is covered for its whole term. If access breaks through our fault, request a replacement and we swap it from stock. If we can't, you get the full amount back. Other cases are in the refund policy.

6Acceptable use

Don't resell delivered items, don't use them for fraud or to break a service's own rules. We may suspend an account used for chargeback abuse or fraud.

7Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not responsible for changes a service makes to its own products, prices or terms.
