How delivery works

Soras sells from its own stock, so every order is delivered the moment the payment clears. There are three kinds of product.

Account session

You get
A ready account with the plan active, handed over as its session — cookies and a sign-in file, not a password

Right after payment

Step by step

  1. 1Pay, and the session — exported cookies plus a sign-in file — appears on the order page at once.
  2. 2Import it on a desktop browser with a cookie-importer extension. You're signed in already; there's no password to enter.
  3. 3Keep it as is: don't change the password and don't sign out. Use the plan for its whole term, and if the session ever drops, ask for a free replacement.

Activation code

You get
A code you redeem on the service's own website

Step by step

  1. 1Pay, and the code appears on the order page at once.
  2. 2Open the service's redeem page and paste the code.
  3. 3The plan starts the moment you redeem it.

API key

You get
A key with prepaid credit and a page to watch usage
Delivery
Right after payment

Step by step

  1. 1Pay, and the key appears on the order page at once.
  2. 2Use it as a normal API key in your app or client.
  3. 3When the credit runs out, buy another pack to keep going.

Stock and warranty

Each product and plan shows how many are in stock, updated as people buy. Every order is covered for its whole term: if access breaks through our fault, request a replacement from the order page and we swap it from stock.

If we can't deliver

If an item turns out not to work and we can't replace it from stock, you get the full amount back to your payment method or your Soras balance.
